At Firangi bake they experiment with bold global flavors to create a desi revolution. They have variety in menu starting from Lasagnas, Quesadillas, Pot Rice, Mac and Cheese and also number of main course including steak meals and combo meals. We ordered two things from the menu, first one was Mughlai Masti Mac and Cheese, and it was served with Mughlai gravy topped with creamy Mac and Cheese. The flavours came out really well, though it was very cheesy it did not suppress the other flavours making it bland. The inner part including pasta and cheese was perfectly cooked and very well packed. It tasted really yummy as the two different cuisine blended very well. And undoubtedly, vegetarians are going to love this one as it is soul comforting. The second dish we tried was Bombay Masala Quesadilla, it’s a Desi chatpata twist to Mexican Quesadilla. The light flavor of potato, loaded veggie stuff elevated by the spicy flavor of the gooey chipotle sauce between the crispy outer layer tastes delicious. Loved the perfect blend of flavours and it will definitely win your taste buds. Came in a big box and was well prepared. Also the delivery was quick.
