​​Tarsh Gastronomia is a new upscale restaurant that has come up at White Square Hinjewadi. Frankly I had not much expectations about Hinjewadi when it comes to food and restaurants. But the minute I landed up at  White Square , from the outside I realized that I had come to a food hub with number of swanky eateries in the same building complex. And when I went to Tarsh Gastronomia at about 1.00 pm in the afternoon , I was surprised to see the place almost full to its capacity . What strikes you first when you enter this Restaurant is the vibrant interiors which has some positivity about it. The place is buzzing with youngsters working at Hinjewadi. Especially if you coming in groups this is a place to be.

Tarsh Gastronomia has a inside as well as terrace sitting area with three private dining rooms. The terrace has some nice looking yellow trolleys. The entire set up is welcoming. In the afternoons the food is in the form of a buffet, while in the evenings it is a’ la carte. The afternoon buffets include a whopping ten veg and non starters , soups, salads , main course, Indian breads and desserts and a complimentary mocktail.  The starters include Indian, Oriental and European Starters.  Tandoori tangdi , Mutton Cheese Seekh  kabab, Black Pepper Prawns , Fish Jalepino , Murg Kesari Tikka etc. The veg starters are equally good with Broccoli Galouti , Mumtaj Aloo, Paneer Tikka Achari , Crispy Schezwan , Paneer Sizzler , Stuffed mushrooms and the list goes on. Mocktails like Heaven on Earth with a base of Watermelon, Kiwi Cooler or Import Export give the necessary respite in the scorching heat. And after having a massive array of starters if you have something left in your stomach , then there is lots on offer in the main course too with Dal, Biryanis, Veg and Non Veg curries . And then if there is any space left for desserts Rasmalai and Malai Burphi are really good.

It may be a far off place for most puneties, but to my surprise White Square is developing into the latest food hub with restaurants busy in the evenings too. What adds up is many hotels stacked up near one another like PubliQ, Thikana, Tarsh Gastronomia  , Spice Factory , Absolut barbeque etc. This place is worth more than a visit. And with Rs 689 +taxes for Non Veg and 589+taxes for Veg buffet , Tarsh Gastronomia  is a seal deal.
