World of Veg on a Platter!

Vegetarian foodies are in for a treat of global cuisines. The International Food Festival at Bhairavee, Baner is going to be the highlight of this winter for every foodie. It brings together tastes from around the world with Continental, American, European, Arabic, Chinese, Mexican, Thai and Indian cuisines. The festival is a strictly vegetarian affair and is a culinary treat.

The American menu includes American SaladBrazilian Black Bean Soup, Roasted Mushroom Tortilla Soup, Paprika Mushroom and Paneer Empanadas. They also offer a World Cuisine Platter which consists of a selection of assorted vegetarian starters.The European menu starts with Minestrone Di Verdure, an Italian soup that is a combination of vegetables and pasta, Classic Chowder soup, Classic Bruschetta and Paneer in Cilantro and Cashew Pesto. In addition to that, the menu consists of a separate Italian section specifically dedicated to a variety of pastas. It includes Pasta in Pink Sauce, Pasta in Three Flavored Cheese and Grilled Pan Pasta. The Oriental Fair consists of Thai Coconut Soup, Cottage Cheese Rainbow Soup, Sweet Teriyaki, Kaffir Lime flavored mushrooms, Parsley Style Exotic Crispy Veg and Okara Potato Hot Garlic Sauce. For people with a taste for ‘desi’ tadka, Bhairavee offers an even wider range of vegetarian options like shorba and rassam. The menu also contains Mushroom Bbq Kebab, Paneer Cheese and Cilanto Pesto among other delicacies straight from the tandoor. Paneer Frebzee, Veg Awadhi, Vilayati Subzi Sagwala and Dum Ki Dhingri Beansprout are some of the options included in the main course. The Lebanese and Mexican Fair are exquisite as well.

This International Food Festival is open till 30th December and will surely leave you yearning for more.
