The latest restaurant in Pune by Chef Saby has created quite a buzz at Kalyani Nagar . The ambiance boasts of simple yet chic dining area with paintings and murals of miners on a break. Mineority as the name suggests is inspired by the life of miners and the ambiance and menu are perfect representations of the same.
The menu features mine and tribal food . Chef Saby’s Mineority was inspired by the mines in the world and the food of the miners. In India, the mines being located predominantly located in Bihar, UP, and Odisha, the menu hosts dishes from that area. Some Latin American and African dishes too have been added to the menu as there are some mines found there too.
Dishes Recommended by many: Jhanjawala prawns and Hill coriander prawns, , Black chicken skewer, Dehati fish and chips, Laloo Aloo Puri , Mining club cutlet. The bill is presented in a interesting way with 6 small tin glasses . The bill is in one of the glasses while rest have interesting mouth freshners. For those who want to try out something different , this is worth a try !!!
