Le meridien Pune has organised an irresistible variety of classic hyderabadi flavours and delights in the form of Jashn -e Hyderabad specially curated by Master Chef Yadaiah Bandaru from Hyderabad . The Festival is been hosted by World Cusine Restaurant Feast at Le Meridien Pune and will be on till 16 July from 7 pm to 11.30 pm daily . The spread includes six starters daily including three veg and three non veg . Corn Shorba for soup with sirmal and taftan breads and Hyderabadi Paneer Tikka , stuffed bhindi , kabuli chana tikki , pudina machli tikka and kheema kaleji as starters lays a perfect foundation for a sumptuous dinner. The dinner spread is crisp but lets you enjoy all flavors except that the food is less spicy with less chilies . It includes dum ka murg , machli ka salan , mirch ka salan , paneet tamatar ka kut , khatti dal , bagara baingan along with the flagship hyderabad rice dishes like subz dum biryani and kacche ghost biryani . Lauki barfee , lauki kheer , well known hyderabad dessert gil e behist , makhan pakija , churma ladoo and sheer khurma .
